PRICES FOR 2012

All prices quoted are weekly, weeks covering two price periods are charged on a Pro Rata Basis

Notes

Prices are based on seven night stays. Extra/fewer nights may be available on request (charged on a pro rata basis).

Stays of five nights or less are subject to a cleaning charge of $80 (£50). 

Check in from 4pm.  Check out by 11am.

The price quoted is for the villa per week, not per person. It does not include pool heat which can be paid at booking or

locally if required*. Prices do not include flights, car hire, insurance or transfers.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in the event of  cancellation, medical cover etc.

All prices quoted are fully inclusive of local taxes.

Booking is simple. Please e mail us via the link below and we will e mail you a booking form by return.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required at booking and the balance is due two calendar months prior to departure.

Pool heat is advisable outside of the summer months & is payable at £20 ($35) per day if required.

We do not permit smoking or pets in our home.
